「I've been working on Neon Sword alone since 2016 part-time, and I'd love to work with the community and hear your suggestions and feedback, which will help shape the development of Neon Sword.」

「While I can't promise a specific time period, I have planned for at least a year or two, but as long as it takes is probably the best answer.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「During Early Access there will be limited main storyline missions, releasing more over time. I plan to add more vehicles, player-owned buildings, side quests, items, and maybe expand the city.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Neon Sword will be entering Early Access at an alpha stage; the game is currently a sandbox world with many features that are complete, almost complete or missing, and will contain bugs that I plan to fix over time.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「Yes, I plan to slightly increase the price on full release.」

「Community feedback is an important part of any game's development. I'm hoping to work with the community and gain feedback in terms of bug reports, their ideas for future features and their opinions.」

Neon Sword is an open world 3rd person top down action roleplay game with elements of business simulation. The none linear story has multiple choices that effect the world around you leading you down many paths; the person you become is shaped by your decisions made within the game.

Time and Setting


Neon Sword takes place in the fictional Quaid City in the year 2083. The setting takes inspiration from late 70s to early 90s Sci-Fi, Cyberpunk and Synthwave - Neon Lights, Big hair and dodgy moustache...



Story


Another crime goes unsolved in the city that is the cesspit of humanity! Well, not if you have any say in the matter as you start a personal crusade of revenge. Are you the hunter or the hunted? You will turn Quaid City upside down hosing the streets clean of the human vermin that infest the dark shadows out of the neon glare as you shape the destiny of Quaid City...

The time has come to wield the Neon Sword.
