Patch Notes (Halloween Update)

Hi everyone,

RED got an update.

PATCH NOTES:

changelog
changes to blinking red outline on damage
radio battery lasts significantly longer
made changes to certain maps that would allow monsters to be blocked off in unintended ways
application icon updated
computer reply options visually changed to convey interaction better
computer mouse now turns red when hovering over an interactive object, conveying buttons to the player better.
Tab button now quickly opens the inventory
certain puzzle now has more clues associated with it
pause menu can now be interacted with using the mouse

Post Launch Update 2

Thank you, everyone, for your continued support.

We are working on an update that is scheduled to launch next week.

This patch will be addressing: pick up items, inventory and menu, damage indicator, informative text and tutorials, investigation gameplay clarity, text font size, and the radio's battery life.

About This Game

RED: Lucid Nightmare is a PC horror game with Oculus VR compatibility. Play as Mercedes, as she tries to piece together a missing persons case and strange, recurring nightmares. Each night you will have to explore and navigate the nightmare realm. Puzzles, new challenges, and dangerous inhabitants of the nightmare realm will try to take you. Along with the nightmare sequence there is a daytime sequence where the player can investigate a missing persons case. RED: Lucid Nightmare is intended to be a trilogy that explores themes of mystery, horror, death, and recovery.
