« We’ve never made a game like this before, we think it’s even one of the first of its kind. Because of this, we’d like to involve an active community in development as much as we can. A healthy amount of feedback is invaluable to us, and we figured making the game available to play at an early stage would be a good way to get it. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Could be up to a year, maybe longer. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be updates within that time, on the contrary. We intend to gradually build the game up to a full release, updating it with individual additions as time goes on. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« The final version of the game will have expanded versions of existing features, as well as several entirely new features. Graphical and audio improvements will also be rolled out in the process of getting to the final version.

How exactly the game will differ from its first release is partially up to you. There are some features we already know we’re going to implement, such as character customization and Steam achievement. But we will also dedicate our efforts to developing the features the community wants most, what those features end up being is naturally up to you guys. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« RUMBLE is a fully playable game with multiple modes to play, a friend system, progression, tutorial systems, configurable options, the works. It’s just that the game isn’t as big as we’d like it to be, and that there are a few non-essential features missing that players have come to expect from bigger games. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« Yes. If you buy the game early, you’re buying a game with less features than people who’re buying it later. We believe the price should reflect the state of the game, so if you buy it earlier, you’ll be paying less than someone who’d get it at a later stage. Note that you won’t have to pay for updates or DLC or anything like that, once you get the game, it’s yours, and any update that’s released after that you will receive for free. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« As mentioned before, you’ll all play a big role in deciding where we go with the game. We intend to heavily communicate with you guys about what’s best for the game on our official Discord server, as well as on the RUMBLE community hub on Steam. Naturally we’re also active on several social media platforms such as Twitter and YouTube. Together we’ll do our best to make RUMBLE the greatest VR game out there! »
