“Currently there is a strong combat loop where you kill enemies to push your 'level boundary' outward, get better equipment and weapons, travel to harder worlds, and discover the story of the Fractal Chicken! Most worlds are connected by portals through Fractal Space, and feature different world styles and gameplay modes.

These features are often 'minimal but working'. For example, equipment is rather simple to get, you purchase it with points from killing enemies, but you are given a choice of 3-6 similar-quality items, each with different stats, so you must learn how much of each stat you should aim for. Stats include: HP/Shield/Regen(for both)/energy regen(for abilities)/boost regen (boost is like a jetpack)/ammo2 regen(for secondary AOE fire). Includes 5 different guns with randomized stats and extra abilities like shot bouncing, free ammo, damage over time, etc. Combat was the main priority to get 'feeling good' before any sort of release.

Also includes the ability to remove and place blocks in the world very quickly, but this feature will be refined and include progression before a full release.

The 'Fractal Space' zone has a fading/slightly animated fractal sky that is quite mesmerizing to look at.

The features listed in the 'About' section are all currently working unless noted, but may be unpolished. I will update that list of features throughout Early Access to reflect the current state of the game.”

“Feedback and ideas are very important to me! I'll primarily watch the subreddit [most days] and regularly communicate with Early Access players.

Furthermore, since this is an open-source project, I'll make the resources to help people get into modding / experimenting with the code as soon as there is enough interest shown.

I have honestly just begun to reach some of the potential of this game/engine - it could have a very bright future, even more-so if a modding community forms around it. All of this is exciting to me, and I am anxious to hear from people who play the game!”
