Frontier Intelligence is a persistent space MMO RPG where you take direct control of your ship - and build operations that can continue without your constant presence. Fly, explore, trade, mine, hack, fight, or pursue piracy. Establish your own space stations and planetary structures, and choose what kind of captain you become.

Machine Intelligence (MI) systems perform defined tasks. Advanced Machine Intelligence (AMI) systems carry programs you create, letting you shape how your ship and operations work.

Plot journeys, establish standing operations, and let equipped systems carry out your instructions while you're logged out. Their capabilities, resources, and the conditions they encounter determine what they can accomplish. This is your preparation continuing to work - not a guaranteed reward for being absent.

Your assets remain part of the shared universe. Fuel, damage, hazards, and other captains still matter.

A galaxy where distance matters

Navigate a reconstruction of the Milky Way at one-to-one astronomical scale, with minimal time compression. Journeys unfold over meaningful time, making routes, equipment, fuel, and information important decisions.

Long-distance travel doesn't require watching every moment. Take control when you want to fly; let configured systems continue the journey when you step away.

Outfit your ship for your ambitions

Fit equipment, arrange physical cargo, manage power, maintain systems, and repair damage. Your outfitting choices determine what your ship can do and which opportunities you can pursue.

Explore and scan for opportunities. Prospect and mine resources. Move cargo and trade between ports. Pursue hacking, piracy, or combat in a frontier where information, preparation, and consequences matter.

Own a place in the frontier

Build and operate player-owned space stations and planetary structures. Turn a remote location into a foothold for your ambitions within the persistent galaxy.

Command a fleet

Grow beyond a single ship. Own and manage fleets of ships and space stations, outfit individual vessels for different roles, and coordinate their operations through MI and captain-programmed AMI systems - even while you're logged out.
