«Animal Jam - Play Wild began as a mobile game, so we’ve put a lot of effort into designing a desktop experience for Steam that takes advantage of the platform’s strengths. We want feedback from the Early Access community to help us fine-tune the desktop UX and identify things we can improve for launch.»

If players have issues that involve personal information or require customer support--such as account or inventory issues--they can contact the Play Wild Customer Support team directly through the "Need Help?" button found in the in-game Settings menu.»

Before you start exploring Jamaa, here is some important information for kids and parents:
- The Animal Jam game is free to play with parental permission.
- Parents can control players’ access to social features through their Parent Tools.

Animal Jam offers optional purchases that cost real money. This game also offers Animal Jam membership options that cost real money. Most game features do not require this paid membership. However, in addition to exclusive member features in the game, paid subscription also includes membership in the AJ Classic web game.
