為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「Animal Jam - Play Wild began as a mobile game, so we’ve put a lot of effort into designing a desktop experience for Steam that takes advantage of the platform’s strengths. We want feedback from the Early Access community to help us fine-tune the desktop UX and identify things we can improve for launch.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「We anticipate about a month in Early Access. The game is complete and has already been extensively tested.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Because Play Wild was originally made for mobile devices, we hope that Early Access will provide us with user feedback on how we can best update and improve the UI, UX, and other platform-specific features and functionality, as well as enhance the overall experience for Steam users.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「It's pawsome! Aside from the small improvements listed above, the Early Access version of Play Wild is already just as functional, just as packed with features, and just as fun as the mobile version.」

「As with the mobile version of Play Wild, the desktop version will be free for everyone to play, with membership and premium currency options available. And “free to play” actually means free to PLAY. All of the core gameplay, social interaction, educational content, etc. is totally free.」

「Animal Jam IS community; it’s the essence of the game. AJ Play Wild has a long history of listening to and incorporating community feedback. Players are encouraged to leave feedback in the Steam community pages, through the in-game feedback button, or by contacting us on our social media channels. If players have issues that involve personal information or require customer support--such as account or inventory issues--they can contact the Play Wild Customer Support team directly through the "Need Help?" button found in the in-game Settings menu.」

Before you start exploring Jamaa, here is some important information for kids and parents:
- The Animal Jam game is free to play with parental permission.
- Parents can control players’ access to social features through their Parent Tools.

Animal Jam offers optional purchases that cost real money. This game also offers Animal Jam membership options that cost real money. Most game features do not require this paid membership. However, in addition to exclusive member features in the game, paid subscription also includes membership in the AJ Classic web game.
