„Zodiac Legion is a complex game, combining tactical turn-based battles with an overarching dynamic campaign and base building. We want the game to have many paths to victory -- for instance, by focusing on necromancy to keep veteran warriors fighting even after death, or on arcane empowerment to make even unexperienced recruits start with supernatural abilities -- which is why community feedback is of critical importance to us. It'll let us ensure that the player's decisions will remain interesting and that all the tactical and strategic options will continue to be fun until the end of the game.”

„Zodiac Legion should remain in early access for roughly one year, but it may take longer, as we will work on it until both we and you are happy with the state of the game.”

„We will add mid and late campaign content (higher tier research, artifacts and abilities for player characters and opponents, events, chained and "storyline" quests, end game enemies), and refine the flow of the campaign with your feedback.
We also need your feedback to refine the UI and the AI of the game, and to get it to the level of polish we will all be happy with.”

Milyen állapotban van jelenleg a korai hozzáférésű verzió?

„The early access version of the game only contains the early stage of the campaign at the moment. We're quite happy with the general "feel" of the combat, but the strategic campaign around it is still a work in progress, for which your feedback would be invaluable.
The random level assembly process also needs tweaking to make sure that all the generated levels feel interesting and varied.
Regarding content, a good analogy would be thinking as the game currently having one "chapter" out of the three planned for the final release.”

„The price may rise as more content is added to the game, but it would be announced several weeks before we do it.”

„We will keep you informed about the progress of the development process through regular posts on the Steam community page and on the Steam discussion boards. We will try to solve bugs and issues, and discuss suggestions and feedback with you here on the Steam boards, or on our Discord channel as quickly as possible.”

Zodiac Legion is a turn-based tactical RPG featuring lethal combat, squad management and kingdom building. Lead your heroes through daring raids and mysterious ruins, defend your land in a time of conquest and betrayal, and master the secrets of volatile ancient magic to restore a realm beset by a forgotten menace. Stand fast and take the fight to your foes, battling creatures from the depths of legend, and adversaries from the very precipice of damnation.

As the Grandmaster of the Zodiac Order, it will be your duty to restore this knightly brotherhood and rally its champions under the banners of the thirteen Zodiac signs. You will manage your domain, take important diplomatic decisions and train your warriors in the arcane arts. Enemy armies will invade your borders, forcing you to dispatch your knights on missions resolved through turn-based, tactical battles. Their superhuman powers will tip the scales in the face of overwhelming odds, but beware: many will not survive the ordeal. Yet exploring the secrets of necromancy may reveal that a Zodiac Knight's duty need not end in death.

But beware, for your opponents are many, and they will not hesitate to crush you. The return of magic has awakened your foremost enemy – a cabal of undying sorcerers who wish for nothing but your destruction. Under the guise of the Aegidian League, an alliance of corrupted free cities, they endeavour to subjugate the entire realm to their wickedness. For now, they are still recovering from their long slumber, but if given time, their Archons will reclaim all their legendary powers. With undead and mutant thralls, black magic and unholy craftsmanship, their influence appears unstoppable, and petty lords fall under the dragon banner of the League one by one. Yet the Archons’ hatred of you is matched only by their fear. The Zodiac Legion banished them in days of yore, and they know it can do so again. But as history ebbs and flows with the currents of astral magic, will it repeat itself this time?
