Why Early Access?

“Cliff Empire is not a typical representative of the genre. The main difference - building several cities at once, and interaction between them within one level. We plan to develop project by complementing and deepening the gameplay based on your feedback and suggestions.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be in early access for about half a year. This time should be enough to realize our plans and introduce the changes you request. Although, if more time will be needed to bring the project to the desired result - we have it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We intend to deepen the tourism mechanics by introducing architectural monuments, hotels... and deepening the mechanics of medicine - adding the impact of diseases to the economy. We'll introduce an opportunity to organize labor migration in order to form cities without residential buildings. Also, add new types of goods, new buildings, new tasks, new ability to launch cargo missiles to the orbit as another way of exporting. Also, the final version will be more balanced and polished, according to player reviews.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Most game mechanics are ready and polished.
Building construction, extraction and processing of raw materials, trade, statistics, environmental or harmful methods of electricity generation. Build several independent cities, find out their weak and strong sides, adjust their interconnections through trade, take care of the needs of the population to achieve prosperity. Make researches in university networks to improve life in cities. Also game have tasks with explanations that makes intro (it works as tutorial). After the intro, player is reccive a time-bound orders, in a mix of climate change that will affect the individual industries in the city.
So, we already have a good foundation for improving and expanding it.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price for this game will not rise while it is in early access, we plan to raise the price a bit only after the release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We always listen to the feedback and suggestions of the players and adapt the project to them. Often, there are cases of direct implementation of certain ideas from users.”

Our scientists in the past decade predicted such course of events and used all available potential to build cliffs in the mountain region to restore life on Earth.

We are looking for bold active people to manage the process of restoring life on Earth. Join!

- develop in parallel the economics of several independent cities
- trade between your cities and the orbital station
- a dynamic climate change that will test the strength of your cities' economies.
- choose between ecological and harmful power supply
- 48 additional university researches to improve the city structure
- 70 structures for constructing the city
- 15 goods for trade and consumption
- possibility of switching between the 3D and the orthographic camera, as well as a free camera for walking around the city.

The compact gameplay involves the construction of three small cities in each randomly generated level.
