What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I wanted as much feedback from the community as possible so this can become the best game it can be. I wanted this game to live up to the potential it has and I need the help of the community for that to happen. I chose to put this in early access so the community and I can communicate on how to make this the best game it can be.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I would bet this could get out of early access in less than 6 months depending on what all needs to be improved and such. Fixing minor bugs shouldnt be a problem, adding new levels will take a little longer. But we will see how this goes really, I am looking forward to recieving feedback. I am very optimistic that it will not be in the early access state for an outrageous amount of time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“My plan is to add more levels in the future, fix most (but try for all) bugs, add new mechanics or enemies. Maybe get a more advanced AI system. My entire plan is to basically just add a lot more replayability and longevity to the game's life, whether it be through more levels, trading cards, more weapons, more objectives or anything the community thinks would best fit.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state is not a bare bones game. I was very hesitant about putting it into early access in the first place because i initially thought it could stand alone. However, i wanted to get more community feedback to either agree or disagree with me. The current state is a playable, 5 mission single player game with Steam achievements, controller support, secondary objectives, and multiple difficulties.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Honestly, it really just depends on how much is added. I do intend to raise it slightly, but not very much. It depends on the replayability and the feedback i get from the community, just know the price will reflect the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will listen to all feedback, and try to incorporate all plausible and reasonable ideas into the game as swiftly and easily as i can. If ideas are just too far fetched or are beyond the scope of the game, then i will consider it but most likely reject. That doesn't mean im not down for big ideas and grand visions. The community can throw whatever ideas they have and i will sit by and listen.”
