“Fantasy Realm has been a massive undertaking - currently two and a half years into development. In its current state, the main quest takes 20-30 hours to play through. There is still a ton left to do, but with the open nature of the game, I feel the time is right to bring the game to the public and get feedback on the flow for all the class/weapon/spell combinations.”

얼마나 오래 앞서 해보기를 진행할 계획인가요?

“Unknown. Development paused for some time, and is currently being ramped up again.”

정식 버전은 앞서 해보기 버전과 어떻게 달라지나요?

“Additional planned content includes:

• The final conquest, in which you lead your assembled party into the depths of Aelimeth's territory.
  
• Travel deeper into the elemental temples and beyond, into the planes of the Elemental Incarnates.
  
• Construction of advanced ships, suitable for exploration of post-endgame islands with unique challenges.
  
• Additional adventures in the form of incidental side-quests.
  
• Upgrades to towns and outlying resources. Currently everything can be captured, but only the ports can be upgraded.
  
• Overworld terrain changes based on captures/upgrades. Interiors change based on the state of each region, but I'm holding off on the overworld until I've locked the layouts.
  
• Unique events based on calendar dates.

“In its current state, the game contains 20-30 hours of content. Much of this is comprised of the main quest and exploration aspects of the game. Approximately two-thirds of the main quest is currently playable, with content suitable for parties up to level 45 or so. Six of the seven nations are accessible, from overworld to cave systems to temples.”

앞서 해보기 기간 전후로 게임 가격이 달라지나요?

“Not likely in the near future.”

개발 과정에서 어떻게 커뮤니티와 소통할 계획인가요?

“Development will be highly reliant on community feedback. With the array of character/skill/party configurations, and the amount of content already implemented, I have no real way of testing every combination. I'd like every play style to be viable and rewarding. Balanced parties are fun, but what if you want to run around as a band of monks and mages? What if you go all melee tanks? I will be reliant on your feedback to ensure all of the possibilities deliver to their potential!”
