About This Game

PAIN-TO-WIN is a top-down horror-shooter set in a dystopian prison-world that will never happen. You play as an organ extractor, earning money by bounty hunting madmen, psychos, and other violent degenerates. Inspired by PSX-era maniac aesthetics like LOADED and THRILL KILL, mixed with the top-down gore and mayhem of modern Miami-like games.
