„I'm looking to obtain feedback for the game and it's various modes. I want to involve the community who were fans of the original release and newcomers alike to give feedback and outside opinions to aid with the game's development over time. For the new content I would like to gather data and opinions from players of what sounds interesting to them, listen and choose selectively from some of their feedback, watch through recorded videos they make, and to ask questions directly to them for feedback. I think through people playing through the game through its development will make it an overall better game helped shaped up by the community.”

„The final game aims to have eight game modes (five more than are available at launch), the complete Close Your Eyes remake, and the explorable hub area ('The Annex') within the game will be fleshed out based on the feedback from players. A number of bonuses and secrets also are planned to be implemented.”

„Out of the eight planned modes, three are available. "Girl's Graveyard" is content complete, an unlockable mode known as "Close Your Eyes: The Twisted Puzzle" is completed, while the "Close Your Eyes" remake mode is playable for the first hour or so, up until you reach the Judith Manor section currently. The Annex (the hub area) is closed off, as well as the other game modes aren't available yet.”

Achievements only for Windows

Unfortunately for now due to an engine limitation, the Steam Achievements only work for Windows platforms. I'll work on getting them working on Mac down the line, but for now they only work on the Windows version.

Close Your Eyes -Anniversary Remake- is an anthology of seven horror games collected into one package. The seven tales to experience are"

  • Close Your Eyes: A remake of the 2015 game of the same name]. Join an adorable murderer bound by their past, brought into question by a strange game show host. Completely remade from the ground up, it includes new locations, brand new threats, an extended story, 10 endings, and a dive into an atmospheric abyss that may linger with you long after you've completed it.
  • Girl's Graveyard: The predecessor to Close Your Eyes, also remade from the ground up. The maddening arcade-styled game about a witch collecting candy for her beloved, including new scenes and greater darker depths than the original. There may be more than sweet things to find behind the façade
  • Close Your Eyes: A Ghastly Tale: You play as a red-headed girl in a yellow dress, on a suicide mission to get revenge for a lost loved one. However, a large doll named Baby claiming her to be its mother comes to warn her of a creepy skeletal rabbit named, "Jeremy", who's hunting her down.
  • Girl's Graveyard Mystery: Kiki is a witch in a coven deep within the woods. One day while picking berries, she stumbles on a naked boy who's lost his memories. She takes him to her village, where things begin to unravel and get stranger by the day. Now she's got to solve the mystery to save her sisters.
  • Close Your Eyes: The Twisted Puzzle: A port of the 2017 free DLC for the original freeware game, included for completion sake, but with a little new spiced in to make it interesting. A series of cryptic puzzles that may be fun for a group to come together and solve together.
  • Close Your Eyes: Beneath the Surface: Taking place after the events of Close Your Eyes, the Little Marshmallow is tasked with surviving in a small settlement for a strange reality game show they're involuntarily part of, possibly with shady intent. To survive the murky horrors, they may need to dig deeper.
  • Unlock the Secrets of the Annex: As you make progress in all of the game modes, you will begin to unlock more content in a new hub world known as, "The Annex." It's laden with many secrets and hidden depths to discover, and its own dark tale to tell.

You start off with the remakes of Close Your Eyes and Girl's Graveyard, then unlock more and more to sink your teeth into as you earn achievements within the various games. There may be something more even for those who manage to get every single achievement... I'm very proud of this package of games, and I hope you all enjoy it yourselves.
