Price Drop

Hey everyone,

The game will be a year old at the end of November. In preparation for it's anniversary, I've gone ahead and dropped the price to $9.99. Hopefully this will allow more people the opportunity to experience the game. As always, drop me a line if there are any questions.

Thanks everyone,
Dorian T.

Last Tile in Bestiary

Just so that everyone is aware, the last tile in the bestiary was intended for a very difficult optional boss named Eowyn. The basic graphics were created, as well as an idea of the boss' attack pattern.

This was never implemented in the final game, but I've always bounced back and forth between adding it in an updated version. What are everyone's thoughts on an optional super challenging boss?

If there is enough interest, I can complete Eowyn and add her to the game. This will allow end game players to make use of the most powerful weapons and equipment.

“Dark Blood Chronicles is a game that has some of the coolest pixel art I have seen in a few years. If you are a fan of RPGs, but are bored with the current “fantasy” trend then this game will be a breath of fresh air for you”

“Beautiful sprites, solid story, atmospheric music. Some major bosses encountered late in the game have especially creative designs”

About This Game

Omaj - Defy Expectations

Omaj is a group of individuals that defy expectations by presenting captivating visual stories that open the imagination and inspire critical thinking.

Join the retro JRPG revival movement with Darkblood Chronicles, a story about a young high school student named Samantha. She is quirky, not really popular, and into the macabre. Her adventure begins with a strange nightmare, wherein she sees herself atop a guillotine with a hooded man standing above her, axe at the ready. With the flick of her wrist, a woman named Sin opens a vortex to the Dark Realm, dragging Samantha with her.

After arriving in the dark realm, Samantha must make her way through undead hordes, damp and musty Catacombs, ominous Cathedrals, an arid and expansive Valley, and through the remains of a War Zone with tanks, planes and still-life soldiers, to find out why she has been brought here and the mysterious circumstances surrounding her past.
