Free Updates and Expansions (DLCs) Included

Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade - Tactical Escalation part of a series of free content updates and expansions (DLCs) included with your game purchase. It installs automatically when a new update launches. This series is from November and out February, featuring a total of 23 updates.

Start of Campaigns

Campaign featuring Faction & Personal Goals, Rogue Trader Credit as Campaign Rewards, World Map showing ongoing matches, Faction vs. Faction progress, and Direct Match Preview and Selection.

New Game Modes and Maps

New “Hold the Line” PVP Mode, “Horde” PVE Mode, 2-3 Player PVE Mode, Guild vs. Guild Mode, and Dueling Mode in Garrison. The “Fortress” PVP Mode overhauled. Ronan PVP Fortress 30 vs 30, Agnathio PVP 30 vs. 30, PVE Hive Complex 2-5 player Co-op, and 3 PVE Horde 2-5 player maps were added. All maps frequently updated and improved.

New Weapons, Powers and Wargear

Grav Cannon, Grav Gun, Grav Pistol. Grenades, including Blight, Scanner, and Medicae Grenades. Bloodrage Vials, Servo Skulls, and more than 40 new weapon variants, wargear, weapon mods, and options per faction. Need powers we added since and other weapons if applicable.

New Character Progression and Customization

Store Bundles, get larger sets with a 60% discount. More than 40 new visual customization items and variants per faction, improved progression tree, and a free respec.

PvE Additions

With the new game mode and maps came; New Tyranid NPC opponents, AI routines and behavior, and rebalancing of maps to fit better player difficulty. Nobody has won Horde mode yet.

General Improvements, Balancing and Overhauls

All Veterans Classes Visually and Functionally Overhauled to matter more, Continuous Combat Balancing in every update with a massive overhaul in February (ongoing), Melee overhaul (ongoing)

Performance Improvements and Optimizations

Game Server Optimizations to network and server performance, Game Client Optimizations on framerate, loading times and client stability, Matchmaking improvements, and Geolocation Preference for Server Regions where you select EU or US servers. We are also preparing more regions.
