The ship is on credit and the office wants it back in sixteen trips. Pack a hold where every crate sets its neighbour's price, hide the contraband under lead where the customs beam can't reach, and make every payment. Three seizures and the run is over.

About This Game

Pack it. Hide it. Pay it off.

You got the ship on credit. The office wants four payments over sixteen trips, and honest cargo barely covers them. You can put off one payment, at a price. Miss another and they take the ship back.

Every port sells crates, and every crate cares about its neighbours. Ice keeps the fish fresh. Cotton saves the glass. Heat ruins anything perishable. A crate alone sells for a little more than you paid. The right neighbour multiplies its price and the wrong one ruins it, so every face in the hold has to mean something.

Customs looks from above

From the twelfth trip, inspectors shine a beam straight down the columns of your hold. It sees everything until it hits a lead shield or the floor. Burying contraband deeper does nothing: only lead in the same column hides it.

Get caught and they take the crate along with what it would have earned, and you are wanted for three trips. Three seizures in one run and it is over.

The route decides the cargo

  • Sixteen trips in two stages. Halfway there is a boss port with one order and no second chance.
  • Three seas: the Coastal Run, the Strait where ice melts in the open, the North where live cargo freezes against the hull. The Border waits at the end.
  • Port demand and contracts. A rival ship undercuts the best price and grabs a contract wherever it docks first.
  • The black market sells contraband cheap. The syndicate takes it against your debt, or clears your wanted notice for a price.
  • Five hulls with differently shaped holds. Twenty-two modules for three slots, each with a catch.
  • Events on the road, damage that carries over, a shipyard to patch it up.

Every rule arrives on its own

One new system per trip. The game explains each one the first time it shows up and shows the exact multiplier the moment you set a crate down. No wiki needed.
