About This Game

Japan, 2016.
The protagonist is in their sixth year at Ikeda Valve Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. They still think of themselves as a junior employee, but this spring they have been put in charge of a new hire.

They are not especially inclined to look after others, yet their junior colleagues gradually begin to rely on them. Their own work already keeps them busy, and sometimes they brush them off.

Ikeda Valve Co., Ltd. is a visual novel about a year in the sales department of a mid-sized manufacturer with just under 300 employees, working on the company's general career track. While handling requests from distributors and factories, you work alongside Miura, the new hire.

When Miura seems to be struggling, do you reach out or wait for them to ask for help? Choose what to say and how to act as you make your way from April through the following March. Can the protagonist find their way as a member of the organization?

Four endings. The character portraits have no faces, but there are no particular horror elements. Includes a terminology and character guide, branching chart, auto-advance, and text skipping.
