About This Game

Run a Talent Agency in Hollywood

Hollywood Agent is a management sim about building an acting talent agency. Discover unknown actors, develop their careers, negotiate contracts and land roles in film and TV productions. Compete against rival agencies for the best talent and biggest roles. Every month, your decisions shape your clients' careers and your agency's future.

Discover Talent

New actors apply every month, while scouts find more prospects. Each actor has unique skills, a background, home country, languages, accent, special abilities and personality. They have career ambitions, personal preferences and roles they refuse to take. Your job is to spot potential before anyone else does.

Sign and Negotiate

Negotiate contracts one offer at a time. Push too hard and actors walk away. Offer too much and your margins shrink. Competing agencies already represent some of the best talent, so you can buy out their contracts. They can do the same to your clients.

Develop Your Clients

Spend training points to improve specific skills, hire specialized coaches and send actors on courses to learn new abilities. Costs rise as skills improve. Talk to your clients, respect their preferences and monitor their mood. Their ambitions change over time, and neglected clients can become difficult to manage.

Land Roles

Studios announce upcoming films, TV series and animated features, complete with premises, posters, genres and available roles. Match your actors to the right parts and schedule auditions on the casting timeline. Compete against rival agents and review the casting report after every audition. Once you land a role, negotiate the fee or accept a share of the profits instead of more upfront money.

Build Your Clients Careers

When productions release, box office results, ratings, press reviews and individual performance reviews determine your clients' success. Hits build fame and star power, unlocking bigger roles, better deals and new talent looking to join your agency. Then the next month begins.
