An incremental logistics game where traffic becomes a challenge. Haul goods from fields, forests and quarries through a procedurally generated town, earn money with every delivery and buy more trucks, until your own fleet jams the streets. Then fix it with traffic rules.

About This Game

You are the traffic problem and the solution.

Incremental Traffic is a game about growing a small town's logistics until the streets can't take it any more, and then finding the rule that makes them flow again.

Every truck on the road is yours. Every jam, every gridlocked junction, every queue in front of a factory gate is one you made, so every one of them can be solved.

Haul, earn, expand

  • Bring raw goods from farmland, forests and quarries to the factories that press, fuse and cut them into new products.
  • Every delivery pays. Higher-tier goods are worth more.
  • Buy trucks, pick which routes they run and upgrade them. More trucks earn more, but they also cost upkeep every minute.
  • Hit the town's delivery goals to open new regions with new goods, new factories and new markets.

Shape traffic with rules, not roads

The streets are already there. What you change is how traffic moves through them.
  • Unmarked junctions follow right before left, until you paint something better.
  • Paint yield lines and stop lines on any approach.
  • Set up traffic lights with their own phases.
  • Open extra lanes so trucks can turn and overtake.
  • New tools unlock as your town grows.
Experimenting is free. Repaint a junction, watch the queue drain, or watch it get worse and try again.

Every town is different

Towns are generated along a river valley: organic streets, odd angles, bridges, and a planned economy where the busiest roads are the ones your goods travel. Share a town code with friends and see who gets it flowing.
