Build the space for better support
Start with a small home and expand across multiple floors. Add residential rooms, offices, counseling spaces, kitchens, and shared facilities. Choose what to build and when: a larger home can welcome more residents, but it also needs staff and resources to support them.

Get to know your residents
Residents have strengths, personalities, and challenges that reveal themselves over time. Help someone prepare for an interview, navigate practical responsibilities, or rebuild a daily routine. What you learn about each person can change which approaches are available.

Choose a team that fits
Hire workers with different skills, traits, and specializations, then assign them to residents. Develop their abilities through training and balance their energy and caseloads. The right combination of people and facilities gives you more ways to respond.

Make choices and live with the consequences
