About This Content

The complete score of Magehold: Fairwinds: 56 tracks and over three hours of music for a leaking airship, a weary crew and nine regions of hand-painted sky.

The music is built around a ship's band of fiddle, low whistle, concertina, cittern, harp, hammered dulcimer, upright bass and frame drums, with a small string group behind them. Glass harmonica and celesta shimmer wherever magic is near. Every region of the Mountain adds its own voices to the band: lute and viol in the Marchholds, nyckelharpa in the Highwilds, music boxes in the Cogholds, harpsichord on the Crown Peak. The Hush is scored by taking the band away.
