About This Game

The aliens came for the gold, the water... and the barbecue.

Santa Aurora woke up to a sky full of flying saucers and cows floating up a green beam. The alien Consortium wants it all: gold, water and cattle. Only one man stayed behind to hold the farm: Sergeant Steve.

ALIEN 50 is a 2D strategy-action game that packs three genres into one: tower defense on a board that plays like chess, run and gun platforming and a helicopter shoot 'em up. All in an adult-animation art style, with humor, huge bosses and plenty of cows in danger.

Story mode: three ways to play

• Board defense (tower defense): build your squad on a 6-lane board, move your troops at any time and take down the mothership. Riflemen, shield troopers, snipers, tanks, drones and Steve himself against alien hordes.
  
• Run and gun: run, jump and shoot through an invaded farm, a barn, a mine, a moving train and even another dimension to rescue the captured cows.
  
• Helicopter (shoot 'em up): fly through the storm and face whole swarms and giant bosses in the sky.

1v1 online duel: humans vs. aliens

One player commands Sergeant Steve and the human troops; the other commands the invasion, with the mothership, gold extractors, alien troops and the Cook. Both sides have equivalent pieces, like chess, and whoever destroys the enemy base wins. Play a global match against anyone or invite a Steam friend. Want to practice first? There's a bot duel with three levels.

Endless modes

• Endless board: never-ending waves that keep getting harder.
  
• Missile mode: command the artillery and hold two attack fronts.
  
• Endless chopper: rising rounds of enemies in the sky.
  
• Endless run and gun: sectors generated every run, with chase sequences.
