About This Game

Yaoguai Roll Call is a roguelike adventure inspired by Journey to the West and Chinese tales of yaoguai—spirits, beasts, and monsters—with dice-building at its core.

Word has spread from mountain to mountain: the Great Sage is taking on disciples!

You are a lowly little yaoguai who knows a trick or two. So you pack your bags and set off for Mount Huaguo. Along the way, you’ll learn new moves, meet all sorts of yaoguai, survive a few nasty scraps, and stick your nose into plenty of strange affairs.

Will the Great Sage accept you as his disciple? First, you’ll have to make it over the mountain ahead.
