Plotymis is a local-first writing workspace for long-form fiction. Your project remains a normal folder of portable Markdown/YAML files, so your manuscript and planning data are not locked inside a proprietary cloud service.

Built for local-first workflows

Plotymis does not require a Plotymis account or cloud sync. Projects can live in an ordinary local folder, including a folder you choose to synchronize with another service. Rebuildable local indexes and caches support the app without replacing your Markdown/YAML sources of truth.

Language-aware writing

Choose the interface language separately from the language of your work. The initial commercial release includes English and Spanish (Latin America), with managed spelling dictionaries for Spanish, English (US) and English (UK).

Export when you are ready

Assemble the complete book or a selected portion and export derived DOCX, PDF or EPUB files without requiring Word, LibreOffice, Pandoc or another external conversion tool.

Prepare context without a required AI provider

Context Builder can assemble selected project sources into linked or portable prompt/context packages. Plotymis does not send your novel to an AI provider; you decide whether and where to use the generated material.
