This game will teach you how to read notes in music notation

Learn to read musical notes as you battle waves of incoming warriors serving the mysterious Great Eye!

You've discovered a powerful weapon capable of fighting off the invading eyes. There's just one problem: its creators didn't survive the last attack, and there's nobody left to teach you how to use it.

Looks like you'll have to figure things out on your own...

Wait a minute. Is that a musical note? It appears notes are the key to operating the weapon?

Well, that's interesting.

Master your mysterious new weapon by identifying musical notes as A, B, C, D, E, F, or G. Face increasingly difficult challenges, sharpen your note-reading skills, and see how long you can hold back the forces of the Great Eye!

As you advance, the enemies will grow stronger, and the challenges will become more difficult. Soon, you'll encounter ledger lines, forcing you to identify notes both above and below the staff. 

And if you manage to survive all that, you might just come eyes-to-eye with the Great Eye himself...

Then again, no human has ever seen the Great Eye and lived to tell the tale.

Player Powers

1. Green Laser

Correct green notes fire a green laser!

2. Red Laser

Five correct notes in a row will fire a powerful red laser that deals double damage!

3. Blue Note

Correct blue notes fire a blue laser that no enemy can survive. This is especially useful when facing enemies that have a lot of health.

4. Green Note — Restore Health

Running low on health? When a green note appears, answer correctly to restore one health point!

More Information:

You will memorize notes 9 Ledger lines above and below the staffs. This covers every key of a standard 88 key Piano and most instruments. Play with mouse, keyboard, or Xbox controller. 

This is currently for Windows 10 and 11 only. 

This game does not currently teach sharps and flats as they would be of no use in the current gameplay without an instrument mode - having you for example push the black keys on a piano. Sharps, flats and many other music concepts are being considered in an additional instrument mode that may possibly be developed in the future.
