Tired of opening the same collection of apps every time you start a game — or, worse, realising you’ve forgotten one after settling into a session? Hot Loads takes care of it for you.

Choose a trigger and its companion apps. Whenever Hot Loads detects that trigger running — whether you launched it through Hot Loads, Steam, a desktop shortcut or somewhere else — your companion apps can hot-load automatically. These might include telemetry software, dashboards, overlays, streaming tools, hardware utilities, Crew Chief or anything else your setup relies on. Both games and utilities can be used as triggers.

Instead of loading every utility when Windows starts, Hot Loads launches them only when they’re actually needed. When you finish, it can close them again and leave your system clean.

Hot Loads can:

• Launch companion apps automatically when a configured trigger starts.

• Close companion apps automatically when the trigger exits.

When you launch a trigger through Hot Loads, it can also:

• Move companion apps to specific displays for multi-monitor setups.

• Control window behaviour, including minimising and Z-order.

• Switch your primary monitor before launching a game and restore it afterwards.

• Execute custom batch scripts before launch or after exit.

Keep Windows startup cleaner by running gaming utilities only when you actually need them.

Hot Loads is especially useful for sim racing, streaming and multi-monitor setups, where starting a game often means launching half a dozen other things with it — but it works just as well for any setup with applications that belong together.
