Why Early Access?

“Lost Legends is built around replaying Journeys with different kingdoms and decks, and a game like that gets better with many people playing it. Early Access lets us balance the cards, trinkets and encounters with real feedback while we finish the remaining content.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to be in Early Access for 6 months to 1 year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will receive remaining art and music as well as finalizing systems like towns, trinkets, cards, and NG+ based on player feedback. The final version will also contain a multitude of hidden lore, secrets, unlockable characters, unlockable kingdoms, and special endings. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version contains all 7 kingdoms with their heroes and over 120 cards. Over 100 trinkets exist in the game, along with 21 dungeons, and a New Game+ system. The game is currently fully playable from start to finish, with some placeholder art and sound. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Early Access will featured a small discount as a thank you for our players. Release will include a small price increase.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We use our Community to guide our development process, specifically around card and trinket balance. We also will allow players to submit their runs for us to evaluate what is working and what isn't. ”

About This Game

Lost Legends is a roguelike deckbuilder set in the world of Vallinde. Travel across 7 Kingdoms and combat the spreading Darkness. Through your Journey, play as one of several heroes, build your deck, and destroy the source of the Darkness before it consumes you.

Seven Kingdoms, Seven Ways to Play

Choose your kingdom and its hero to shape how you play the game. Every kingdom and its hero has a unique set of cards with its own strengths and weaknesses.

Combine Decks and Unlock Powerful Builds with Trinkets

Trinkets are found in the world that enable new ways to approach your deck. Combine your kingdom's cards with other kingdoms to create intriguing combinations of play.

Every Journey is Different

The world of Vallinde is randomly generated so that no two Journeys are ever the same. Enemies, Places of Interest to explore, and available Dungeons all vary each time you play so that each experience feels truly different.
