Why Early Access?

“I am developing this game as a solo developer, and Early Access will allow me to develop the game together with the community and receive valuable feedback during development.

The Early Access version will already contain the core gameplay experience, including exploration, combat, quests, building, farming, fishing, looting and character progression. Early Access will give me the opportunity to improve these systems based on player feedback while continuing to develop the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I currently expect the game to remain in Early Access for approximately one year.

As a solo developer, the development time may change depending on the development process and the feedback received from players. The goal during Early Access is to gradually improve and expand the game before moving towards the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version will contain the core gameplay and the main features of the game. During Early Access, I plan to continue improving and expanding the experience based on development progress and player feedback.

Areas that I am planning to improve include the overall visual quality, user interface and menus, animations, map size, quest content and language support. Gameplay systems and existing content will also be refined and polished throughout development.

The exact scope of these improvements may change during development as I learn from player feedback and continue working on the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is intended to provide a playable foundation of the game and its core gameplay loop.

Players can explore the island, complete quests, fight enemies, collect loot, level up, build, farm and fish. The game also includes exploration and collection elements, including hidden items and rewards to discover throughout the world.

As the game is being developed by a solo developer, some areas are still in active development. The visual quality, animations, menus, map, quest content and language support will continue to be improved during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The game will be available at a lower price during Early Access.

As the game develops and more content, improvements and polish are added, the price is expected to increase for the full version.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will be an important part of the Early Access development process. I plan to listen to player feedback, suggestions and reports and use them to help improve the game.

Players will be able to share their thoughts about gameplay, balance, bugs, quality of life improvements and other aspects of the game. I will review this feedback and consider it when deciding which areas of the game should be improved or refined.

As a solo developer, I cannot implement every suggestion and might take some time implementing the improvements, but community feedback will help guide the development and polishing of the game throughout Early Access.”
