Informace o hře

The company is yours now. So are its bills.

Your uncle left in a hurry, leaving behind a small lending company, two outdated product templates, and a bank loan that isn't paid off. From today, the person behind this desk is you.

The Loan Comes Due is a single-player management sim about lending money, getting it back, and never having quite enough of it. You have 36 months. Set your terms, open the doors, and watch the money go out—then see how much of it comes back.

You make the rules. You live with them.

Amount, rate, term, who qualifies—it's all up to you. Build products from scratch, or rework your uncle's two old templates. Applications are screened automatically by your rules, but whether to sign is the borrower's call.

Lower the bar, and you won't like everyone who walks in. Raise the rate, and you may drive off exactly the people who would have paid. Watch who comes, who leaves, and who stops paying—then adjust.

Behind every application is an actual life

A home renovation. A kid's tuition. One more hole to fill before payday.

Visitors sit down across your desk, one after another. Pause anytime to open their Life Story: why they need the money, what their years have looked like, how they've treated your company before. You can speed up and skip to the results—but the people behind the numbers don't go away.

The money is out. Now the work starts.

A payment three days late and a debt five years cold are not the same problem. Pick collection agencies that fit the age of the debt, negotiate commissions, hand over cases one by one or in batches—then judge them by what they actually bring back.

A borrower asks for a settlement: less money, but the account closes. Worth it? Renew the assignment, switch agencies, or sue? Complaints forwarded by the regulator will land on your desk too, and each one needs an answer.

Your company has due dates of its own

A promise to pay is not money in the account. New loans, running costs, and bank repayments all eat the same cash.

From your office you can see what's coming back in the next few days and what's falling due. Daily closings and monthly reports tell you which products actually earn. Keep a cushion, or put the money back to work? Whether the company survives to next month often comes down to that one call.

What kind of company will be left in 36 months?

Every product change, every repayment, every hard call goes into the final ledger. What you lent out is the easy number. What remains after losses and costs—and whether the business can stand on its own—is the real one.
