« Career Manager 27 is an independent project developed by a solo developer. The game already provides a playable career experience, but it is still at an early stage of development.

Early Access will allow the player career, youth academy, progression, match, transfer, and balancing systems to be improved through real community experience.

Player feedback will be especially valuable for identifying issues, adjusting difficulty, balancing player development, and determining which areas require additional depth and priority during development. »

« We currently expect Career Manager 27 to remain in Early Access for approximately 18 to 24 months.

As the game is being developed by a solo developer and its scope may be adjusted in response to community feedback, this timeframe may change. The priority is to reach an appropriate level of stability, depth, and quality before transitioning to version 1.0. »

« We plan for the full version to provide a more stable, balanced, and comprehensive experience throughout every stage of the player's career.

During Early Access, we intend to improve progression from the youth academy to the senior squad, attribute development, match intelligence, training, relationships with coaches and supporters, contracts, transfers, loans, interviews, sponsorships, and career events.

We also plan to expand and refine competitions, customization options, Data Packs, accessibility, localization, interface design, performance, and audiovisual presentation.

These are development goals and may change in response to testing, technical limitations, and community feedback. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« Version 0.1 includes the main player career loop in a playable state.

Players can currently create a footballer, choose a position and nationality, select an agent, receive scouting evaluations, sign contracts, and begin a career in either the youth academy or professional football.

The current version also includes training and attribute development, 2D and 3D match presentations, team selections, statistics, individual ratings, coach confidence, morale, injuries, contracts, transfers, loans, interviews, sponsorships, calendars, standings, competitions, and career saves.

The main systems are functional but remain under active development in areas such as balancing, stability, artificial intelligence, performance, interface design, and visual quality. Bugs, unexpected behavior, and significant changes may still occur.

Because this is an early version, some updates may modify existing systems or make older save files incompatible. Such changes will be communicated through the update notes whenever they occur. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« We plan to offer Career Manager 27 at a reduced price during the initial stages of Early Access.

The price may gradually increase as additional content and systems are introduced and the game reaches a higher level of stability and polish. Any planned price changes will be communicated to the community in advance. »

« The community will be able to submit suggestions, report bugs, and share feedback through the Steam Community Hub and the game's discussion forums.

We will publish update notes covering fixes, balance changes, new systems, and development priorities. Feedback will be particularly valuable for evaluating career progression, youth academies, matches, training, transfers, difficulty, and technical performance.

Whenever practical, major changes may be tested before their general release. Although not every suggestion can be implemented, all feedback will be considered throughout development. »

Career Manager 27 is a football career simulator where you do not simply control a club — you experience the journey of a player.

Create your footballer, choose your position, nationality, and career profile. Face scouting evaluations, select your agent, and sign your first contract. Every training session, match, and off-field decision influences your development and determines how far you can go.

BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY IN THE YOUTH ACADEMY

Your story can begin with the Under-21 squad, where you must compete against the club's most promising young players. Improve your attributes, deliver consistent performances, and earn the coaching staff's trust to secure a promotion to the senior team.

The academy is more than an introduction. Match ratings, appearances, goals, assists, potential, development, and coach confidence are all considered as your career progresses. You must prove that you are ready for professional football.

BUILD A UNIQUE CAREER

Detailed player creation: Choose your name, nationality, age, position, shirt number, and the characteristics that define your identity on the pitch.

Agents with distinct approaches: Choose who will represent your career. Each profile provides different benefits and consequences for negotiations, development, stability, and transfer opportunities.

Scouting reports: Discover your starting level, future potential, and which clubs are prepared to invest in your talent.

Individual development: Complete training sessions, manage your fitness, improve your attributes, and balance progression against fatigue.

EARN YOUR PLACE

A place in the starting eleven is never guaranteed. Your performances, fitness, morale, and relationship with the coach determine whether you start, sit on the bench, or lose your position in the squad.

A strong run of form can turn a young prospect into a key player. Poor performances may lead to criticism, pressure from supporters, and uncertainty about your future at the club.

EXPERIENCE EVERY MATCH

Follow the action through a detailed tactical experience featuring 2D and 3D matches, team selections, substitutions, statistics, individual ratings, and events that directly influence your season.

Every position comes with different responsibilities. Goals, assists, tackles, saves, discipline, and overall involvement contribute to your rating and shape how the club, coach, and supporters perceive your player.

MORE THAN NINETY MINUTES

Contracts and negotiations: Review wages, bonuses, contract length, and release clauses before deciding the next step in your career.

Transfers and loans: Receive offers, request a transfer, or accept a loan move to gain playing time and increase your market value.

Media and reputation: Take part in interviews and press conferences. Your answers can affect your relationship with the coach, the supporters, and the club.

Sponsorships and personal finances: Sign image-rights agreements, track your earnings, and manage the opportunities created by your performances.

Injuries, morale, and fitness: Overcome difficult periods and make decisions that may protect or jeopardize your long-term career.
