About This Game

An open world vampire RPG game set in the Carpathian mountains of Ukraine where an ancient vampire has awoken after a thousand years of torpor

Stara Krov is set in an alternate universe where folklore is intertwined with the modern world. Yaremsko is an open world mountain city that draws inspiration from several Ukrainian cities and towns. The city is alive and always changing based on the player's choices.

You can explore the entire city, but be careful, some territories might be controlled by an enemy faction. Don't do anything too vampirical out in the open too! The locals will surely take their pitchforks and torches out!

Vampire Creator lets you create a unique character using body and face sliders, a variety of hairstyles and clothing that can all be customized with the colour wheel tool. All assets can be used both on a feminine and a masculine frame.

Decorate your lair

One of your main goals is to rebuild your ruined castle. In the meantime, you can stay at a few locations in the city. Why not make them feel like home? The build mode lets you freely place items, scale them and re-colour everything with the colour wheel tool. The search tool will let you easily find an item by its name or description.

The items can be unblocked through completing quests or can be purchased from the local vendors.

Pay attention to your stats!

Low stamina will make you weak and unable to use your vampiric abilities. Low thirst will stop your natural stamina increase and can even kill you!

Unlock your vampiric skills and abilities

Skill points can be earned through quests, leveling up and training. They can be used to unlock and level up skills like transforming into different animals, seeing through walls, vampiric speed, hypnosis, charisma and more! Your skills will affect your dialogue options and give you more choices for completing the quests.

Build your reputation

Everyone in Yaremsko is a part of different factions. Specific areas of the city are controlled by the factions. When you enter a faction's area, you are notified of your current reputation with its members. Your reputation level will affect how the NPCs treat you. Everything you do can affect your reputation: who you fight, who you make friends with, whose plans you ruin, even what you're wearing.
