A city has been "revived" by a post-apocalyptic government. As an undercover agent in this place resembling Hong Kong and Kowloon Walled City, will you choose to faithfully carry out your mission, or utilize different resources to survive and expose the hidden truths?

About Daily Life

You'll acquire various resources through different activities, such as chatting, fishing by the sea, rooftop farming, and raiding guilds. Your choices will influence your credibility to the city, thus unlocking or restricting your freedom. The game world features a day-night cycle, weather, and four seasons. Residents have their own daily routines, and with the addition of a trading and crafting system, you'll determine your lifestyle as an undercover agent.

About Combat

"Protecting the health of all humanity" is the highest principle in this post-apocalyptic world; no one encourages violence! However, you can disregard it. The “HealLighter” which dominates the city's operations, believes that guilds are key to the revival of civilization and has created its own set of principles. Unlike them, you have a "health hacking system" installed within you by the government. Besides wielding chairs, sticks, and whips, you can use certain access cards to rewrite the "health" of targets, thus influencing their behavior. Of course, these access cards are limited resources, depending on your loyalty to your agent identity. These privileges can be used for good or bad.

Combat adopts classic ARPG style, featuring weapon switching, combos, and object durability. Once an enemy is rendered unable to retaliate, they will be protected by a life veil. You can choose to hack into and unlock the veil to immediately loot their resources, or have a hospital aircraft remove the veil and drop some items. However, regardless of whether the hack is successful or not, it's best to stay away from the scene, as being seen could lead to a police report and affect your credibility.

About Health

Various activities consume vigor, and maximum vigor is affected by hunger and sleepiness, both of which increase over time. Hunger can be restored through food; sleepiness can be restored through sleep, or temporarily offset through "excitement" using certain foods or drugs. You need to maintain a certain lifestyle, but whether you work 9-to-5 or stay up all night is your choice.

Different diets and activities will silently improve your physical attributes (strength, vitality, dexterity, intelligence). Remember, every day is a step towards improvement!

About Culture

This "revived" city is inspired by Hong Kong—where I grew up—and the Kowloon Walled City is a well-known cultural wonder. Everything you encounter in this city is "similar"—even the residents there sometimes don't know how to rebuild and need your help. Nostalgia and absurdity often coexist in a mismatched way, even revealing its pre-apocalyptic past...
