What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“This is a roguelike deckbuilder made by one person. The core gameplay, five worlds and every card system are complete and fully playable. I want to tune the balance and expand the worlds and enemies together with players. As a solo developer, Early Access revenue also lets me work on the game full-time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Around 6 to 12 months, depending on player feedback and how long new content takes to polish.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include more worlds, enemies and events, full enemy animations, and ongoing balance changes based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Fully playable: 5 worlds, 150+ cards (every upgradable card has an upgraded form), 60+ creations(items), 50+ skills and 5 kinds of events. Enemies currently use static artwork, with animated attacks, hits and deaths.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There are currently no plans to raise the price for the full release. Any change will be announced in advance. Early Access buyers will not pay extra for future updates.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will gather feedback on the discussion board and in the community, and every update will explain why changes were made.”

About This Game

A roguelike deckbuilder built on chaining.

Match the wind, chain by a gap of one, or pair the same number. Turn your hand into a single chain, and the longer it runs, the harder it hits.

━━ CHAIN TO FIGHT ━━

- Every number card has a wind (East, South, West or North) and a number.

- Three ways to chain: the same wind, a gap of one, or the same number.

- Play a card with the same number, or the same wind and a gap of one, to trigger a Chain Draw. Your chain can keep growing.

- Chain length drives your damage and your combo. Combos of 8 or more pay out bonus loot.

━━ BUILD YOUR DECK ━━

- Open packs and pick 1 of 5.

- Attach cards onto blank number cards to rewrite their number, wind and effect.

- Attach first, then upgrade, and both cards level up together. Upgrade first and you only get one.

━━ TERMINALS IN THE CRACKS ━━

- Through the cracks of a leaking world, machines that don't belong here have appeared.

- The furnace, the dye works, the black market... each one rewrites your deck in its own way.

━━ CURRENT CONTENT ━━

- 5 worlds, each with multiple enemy types and 3 bosses

- A final world built from the enemies you've already beaten, where the final boss keeps calling them back stronger

- 150+ cards, and every upgradable card has an upgraded form

- 60+ creations and 50+ skills

- 5 kinds of terminal events

━━ EARLY ACCESS ━━

- More worlds and enemies are planned. They are not in the game yet.

- Share your longest chain on the discussion board.

━━ PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING ━━

This game contains flashing lights and glitch effects that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Flash effects can be turned off in Settings. If you or anyone in your family has a history of epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing.
