Hunt or Pray

This is a real-time tactical combat game set in a dark, dying world ruled by a rogue artificial intelligence known as the Singularity, which turned genetic engineering into a weapon and unleashed viruses and mutants on humanity. You command a doomed squad of four survivors, low on supplies and hunted by an enemy that learns. Study it before it studies you.

Its heavy, bleak atmosphere and uncompromising tactical combat are built on the design philosophy of Myth: The Fallen Lords: small squads, no base building, and every position matters. 

Key Features

• A doomed squad - lead four survivors through brutal real-time battles where positioning and timing decide who lives and who dies.

• An enemy that learns - your opponents use reinforcement learning to study your actions and adapt to the way you fight. Learn their patterns and change your tactics before they counter you.

• Combat with weight - bodies collide, blows knock enemies back, and ragdolls react to the force and direction of every hit.

• The battlefield is a weapon - use terrain, traps, spreading fire, and explosions to turn the fight in your favor. Just remember: fire and explosions don't pick sides.

• Scavenge for supplies - search the ruins for food, weapons, medicine, and anything else that can keep your squad alive. Every resource matters when you're running out of everything.

The Singularity is still learning. So must you.

No other in-game assets were generated with generative AI, and to the best of my knowledge, the same is true of third-party assets. Separately, a model trained with reinforcement learning controls enemy behavior. It does not generate content.
