■ A turtle caravan across sea and mountains

You are a travelling merchant with a team of turtles. Set out from Port Town Aomi and travel between eight towns, from the mountain streets of Nobori to the snowfields of Yukino. Buy where it's cheap, sell where it's wanted. That is the heart of the game.

■ You move the market

Prices follow stock. The more you buy, the higher the price climbs; the more you sell, the further it drops. Buying in bulk is not always the answer. How much to buy here, how far to carry it, and when to sell are the decisions that make your profit. Stock slowly returns over time, so you can't milk the same route forever.

■ Fast turtles or strong backs?

Eleven kinds of turtle: carriers that haul a lot but plod along, swift runners that carry little, and fighters built for attack or defense. Your party holds six. More load means more profit per trip, but a slower pace and a bigger upkeep bill. Travel light and you move fast but carry less. There is no single right answer.

■ Leave the fighting to them

Enemies roam the trade routes. Battles play out on their own through formations and action gauges; all you choose is whether to Fight or Flee. Your shield turtles in front take the hits, while carriers hide in their shells. Lose, and you aren't sent home. You drop a little cargo and keep going.

■ Train, evolve, and grow the whole map

- Train turtles at the Dojo and evolve them when they're ready
- Take Guild quests and plan routes around where you're delivering
- Buy trade routes to open roads that were closed to you
- Invest in towns to lower their prices and speed up their restocking
- Upgrade your Caravan to raise every turtle's attack and defense
- Leave spare turtles in town as Helpers to earn a daily wage

■ What you're working toward

Your turtles celebrate every milestone: 100,000G, 200,000G, 1,000,000G. And somewhere in this world is orichalcum, a metal that cannot be sold. Gather ten from the frontier town and bring them home to Aomi, and your journey is complete.

The in-game illustrations in this game were created with generative AI image tools. This covers:

- The background art for the 16 town illustrations
- The turtle and enemy character art
- The single-image art for the opening and ending
- The dojo and battle backgrounds
- The celebration art shown at gold milestones
- The application icon

The developer selected from the generated candidates and adjusted them (resizing, cropping and similar) before including them in the game.

Generative AI was also used for part of the text:
- All English text was translated from Japanese with generative AI
- In the Japanese version, the on-screen guidance, the how-to-play pages, item descriptions, the store description, and some names of goods, places and characters were written with the help of generative AI

Generative AI was not used for:
- The opening and ending text
- Music and sound effects (these are synthesized by the program's own waveform code)
- The developer's logo

The game never calls generative AI while it is running. It can be played offline; its only external communication is with the Steam client, to record Steam achievements.
