About This Game

Daydream and Her Lonely Isle is a visual novel blending school romance, daily planning, and mysteries within dreams. On April 1, you arrive at an island academy and reconnect with four girls from your past. Build new memories in classrooms, the library, the broadcasting room, and along the shore. When ordinary life begins to fracture, step into their dreams and face what they cannot say in daylight.

Offline AI conversations. Memories that carry forward.

Go beyond dialogue choices. Enable local AI conversations, start with a suggested topic, or speak in your own words about your day, your interests, and plans to meet again. The dialogue model runs on your computer without an ongoing internet connection. The game and model files must be downloaded when you first install them.

Each heroine has her own conversation memory. Your preferences, important shared experiences, and relevant plans can carry into later chats and messages. Change your mind, and newer preferences update the record. Memories are saved with your progress, giving your next conversation something to return to. Generated dialogue may contain omissions or inconsistencies, and response times depend on your hardware.

AI conversations are optional and influence relationships under the game's rules. The year-long main story, character routes, and endings follow authored scenarios, all fully playable with AI disabled.

Four heroines. Four ways to grow closer.

Chihaya — A student council president who takes responsibility to heart. She can put everyone else's affairs in order, but finding words for herself is harder.

Hina — The brightest voice in the broadcasting club. Follow her surprises, and listen for what remains when the excitement fades.

Shiori — A quiet reader with stories of her own. A book or a dry little joke might be the start of a conversation.

Shio — Frank and independent, she keeps busy at a seaside shop and shows her care through small acts. Growing closer begins with respecting her decisions.

A year of memories. Twelve different futures.

The main story, personal stories, and dreams intertwine across a year. With over 10,000 lines of scripted dialogue and narration, 80+ character sprites, 200+ CG images, 12 music tracks, over 3,000 voiced lines, and 12 endings, follow these encounters from one spring to the next.

The line count covers all routes and branches, excluding AI-generated dialogue, menu text, and choices. Sprite and CG counts include outfit, expression, and image variants. The gameplay screenshots shown use the Simplified Chinese interface.

Make each day a shared memory

Plan your mornings, afternoons, and nights from April to the following March. Use your phone to check locations and messages, accept her invitations, and keep track of your next meeting on the calendar. Meet someone, read, work, or make time for an after-school date. Each girl has her own schedule; how you spend your time, what you say, and when you reach out will shape your relationships.

From daytime conversations to dreams after dark

Read her dialogue and respond through branching choices. A joke, a moment spent listening, or a decision to stay by her side becomes part of the time you share.

Familiar daytime scenery becomes strange after dark. Observe anomalies, find anchors, learn the rules of each dream, and make your choices. Warm everyday moments intertwine with unsettling dreams, leading to different character routes and endings. A single playthrough may not answer every question on the island.

Revisit unlocked scenes in the event gallery, or open the dialogue history to reread earlier lines. Save and load to read at your own pace, and adjust text speed, music, sound effects, and voice volume to suit you.

Part of the game's artwork - backgrounds, character illustrations, and CG images - was created with the assistance of generative AI tools, and some background music tracks and character voice lines were produced using AI music and AI speech generation services.
