• Multiple endings: There are 3 endings in total. We recommend seeing all three.

About the Game

After giving birth, you check into a postpartum care center with your baby.

You eat at set times, nurse your baby, and take your first photos together. At night, you hand your baby over to the nurse and try to get some sleep.

The next day, the nurse has suddenly been replaced. She's kind, and she's good with the baby. But the sounds you heard in the night, and the things people say in passing, keep nagging at you.

Am I just being too sensitive?

Postpartum is a first-person psychological horror game in which you spend five days at the care center through the eyes of a new mother.

Key Features

• Life at the care center — Spend your days nursing, eating meals, attending your newborn's photo shoot, and meditating in the yoga room.

• The people on your floor — Talk with the mother next door, the cook, and the photographer. Even while you sleep, someone in the care center is awake.

• Clues in conversations and records — Check your messages and records, and look around you. Words that meant nothing at first may sound different later.

• Three endings — The ending changes depending on what you look into and what you decide.
