What the licence unlocks

KiosuneVN itself is the editor: Kiosune Studio, the Character Creator and Kiosune Audio in one desktop app, one project folder, and web (HTML5) exports that carry a two-second "Made with Kiosune" card, for personal and non-commercial use.

The Commercial Licence turns on the rest of the export panel:

• Standalone Windows and Linux builds (and unsigned macOS builds) that run with nothing installed
  
• Store-ready packages: SteamPipe depot scripts and zipped web builds with an upload script
  
• No splash card on anything you export
  
• Commercial use: sell what you make and keep every cent. No royalties, ever

Honest licensing

The licence is checked through Steam ownership. There is no activation server, nothing phones home, and nothing ever locks you out of your own project: if Steam is unavailable you simply work in the base tier until it is back, with your work intact.
