Turn your focus time into a journey to the deep.

DEEP BLUE CONTACT is an idle deep-sea exploration game with a focus timer. Set a dive duration, settle into a quiet research submersible, and get on with work, study, or reading. Beyond the viewport, blue water slowly darkens while softly lit instruments and gentle cabin sounds keep you company.

Dive at your own pace

Choose a dive from 15 minutes to four hours, or use the 25-minute preset. Pause whenever you need to. Expeditions also progress while the app is closed. Once the vessel returns, it waits quietly until you are ready to open the report.

Encounter life in the deep

Explore six depth zones and collect over 100 marine-life observation records across your expeditions. Every record includes real underwater footage. Meet each creature's movement and color before its name and description appear. Revisit the records and videos you bring home in your creature archive.

Make room for focus and rest

After returning, take a five-, ten-, or fifteen-minute crew rest. Check today's and your total dive time in the expedition log, set a daily dive goal, or write a single line about what you want to work on. Show or hide that objective in the cabin whenever you like.

Find your place aboard a quiet research vessel

Adjust machinery, ventilation, and sonar volumes individually. Switch the exterior light on or off and watch the light beyond the window change with depth. There is no need to rush. The next dive begins when you choose.

This game uses real footage of deep-sea life made available by NOAA Ocean Exploration. Sources and credits for each video can be found in the game. Exploration routes and encounter mechanics are fictional game systems. This is not an official NOAA product, and its use of NOAA materials does not imply endorsement or approval by NOAA.
