Welcome to the Farm!

After winning the county fair’s Farmer of the Year award (again), Ayana is visited by a mysterious man named Beckett hoping to buy her farm. He reveals that he works for Food2 - a new company based in the nearby city of Las Abejas developing meal replacement beverages - and that in order to make the best products, they need the best ingredients! After Ayana declines, Beckett reveals his Plan B: if you use the second best ingredients and kill the person making the best, suddenly your ingredients will become the best! Ah, can’t argue with business logic.

And so Ayana’s journey begins, travelling from her small town of San Ambrosio to the big city, fighting robots and other adversaries along the way, to find Beckett again and put a stop to his plan! Using her own farm as a weapon, Ayana can plant seeds on her field, watch them grow into ripe crops, and then throw them at enemies to defeat them! Plant your crops in the right season, line up their growth times, and combine their abilities for a harvest your foes won’t forget!

The Ultimate Food Fight

Grow dozens of different fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, grains, and more on your field, each with their own strengths, weaknesses, abilities, and growth times, as they grow at the end of each turn until they’re ripe. Then, eat them to recover health, throw them at enemies, compost them to improve your soil quality, or even pickle them! Will you plant chili peppers that can burn your enemies? Corn that raises the quality of neighboring soils? Perhaps you’ll feast on a delicious pomegranate, which takes more energy to eat, but recovers lots of health? With so many options at your disposal, you can build your perfect farm!

Under Construction

At home you can get away with just some seeds, dirt, and a watering can, but professional farmers need a lot more than that! Customize your field with different fixtures to suit your play style. Add some incubators so you can hatch eggs, or a sprinkler so neighboring crops can grow faster! Bugs keep eating your crops? Put up a bird feeder and watch those pests vanish before your eyes! You can even prop up a greenhouse so you can plant powerful winter crops in any season!

Many Hands Make Light Work

On your journey you'll meet many people fighting battles of their own, and if you help them out they'll be eager to repay the favor! You can have up to two party members at once, each one giving you powerful passive abilities as well as their own special actions. Help Percy the shopkeeper with his pickle problem and he'll juice anything on your field, recovering your health and giving you powerful unique abilities! Or if carnage is your goal, the precocious youth Skunk can throw a bone into the enemy's field, and his dog will chase after it, tearing through the soil and any enemies in his way (no, his real name probably isn't Skunk, but that's what he insists you call him)! Or get the best of both worlds with your mysterious neighbor Velthur, who sounds much older than he looks, and his mythical dagger, that can steal the health from the enemies he stabs with it!

Fully customizable controls for any controller, keyboard, or play completely with your mouse, with several other control options to handle various accessibility needs! Font too small? Make it bigger! Prefer to learn things the hard way? Turn off informational messages! And, of course, the difficulty options span more than just easy, normal, and hard! If you love the game, but there's just one game mechanic that keeps killing your vibe, adjust that one piece on its own! Make the game harder than hard mode, or create an experience that some people might call an unbalanced mess, but you call a good time!
