Lynxwood: The Secrets Beneath is a first-person survival horror game set in a dying town in the Oregon wilderness. Follow the trail of your grandfather's disappearance from his apartment building into the heart of Lynxwood: its fog-choked forests, its abandoned streets, and the tunnels that run beneath everything.

Something has lived under this town for a long time. And the people who worship it never left.

You are Sam. Not a soldier, not a detective. Just the last person who still cares what happened to John Carter. Your grandfather spent his final years digging into Lynxwood's past, and when his letters stopped coming, you came looking. All he left behind is a locked room, a stack of research, and a warning you ignored. Now his trail leads below the town, and the only way out is through.

Lynxwood's secret didn't keep itself. For generations, a congregation has guarded what sleeps beneath the town and fed it. Follow your grandfather's research into their rituals, learn why the archaeologists who came before you never left, and discover what the faithful have been breeding in the flooded depths.

Gameplay

Classic survival horror, played in first person. Ammunition is scarce, your flashlight eats batteries, and every bullet you spend is one you won't have later. Fight when you must, run and hide when you can. Restore power, repair machines, find keys and solve environmental puzzles to open the path forward. Piece the story together through notes, newspapers, tapes and an old computer that hold the truth about the missing archaeologists, your grandfather, and what lies beneath Lynxwood.
