RigRunner is a post-apocalyptic convoy-management action roguelite built around systemic vehicle combat, permanent losses and high-risk journeys across the wasteland.

Command your main rig, build an escort convoy, recruit crew, carry valuable cargo and travel between settlements where every journey forces you to balance profit, survival and firepower.

BUILD YOUR CONVOY

Choose the vehicles, crew and weapons that fit your strategy.

A heavier convoy can carry more cargo and bring more protection, but it may also become slower, harder to manage and more dangerous to expose on the road.

Different vehicle and crew combinations allow you to experiment with new convoy builds from run to run.

TRADE ACROSS THE WASTELAND

Buy resources where they are cheap and transport them to settlements where they are needed most.

Scrap, water and other valuable supplies can turn a dangerous journey into a major profit — if the convoy survives long enough to deliver them.

Every extra piece of cargo creates a choice:

Carry more goods, or sacrifice cargo capacity for more escorts and protection.

SYSTEMIC VEHICLE COMBAT

Combat is built around moving vehicles rather than static arenas.

Ram enemies, protect vulnerable parts of the convoy, position escort vehicles, manage threats around your rig and survive attacks from hostile vehicles trying to break your formation.

Physics, vehicle positioning and convoy composition all influence how each battle unfolds.

PERMANENT LOSSES

Vehicles and crew are not disposable resources.

If an escort vehicle is destroyed or a crew member is lost, that loss is permanent.

Every encounter therefore creates a real risk-reward decision: push harder for greater rewards, or protect the convoy and live to fight another day.

PREPARE BETWEEN JOURNEYS

Between runs, return to your persistent base to prepare the convoy, manage equipment, develop your captain and plan the next journey.

Progression continues beyond individual road encounters, giving every successful expedition a long-term purpose.

A MINIATURE WASTELAND

RigRunner uses a stylized isometric presentation designed to make large convoy battles readable while giving the wasteland the look of a living miniature battlefield.
