As you freely explore the surface world and dungeons, you can craft weapons and items from gathered materials, customize your home, live the life of a traveler, and uncover a quiet conspiracy surrounding the Empire's managed historical records to reveal hidden truths.

Danger Lurks Behind Every Discovery

Exploration is always accompanied by danger. Unique equipment can only be found in the corrupted dungeons that appear across the land, while other supplies are gained through confronting or trading with NPCs, gathering region-specific materials, and discovering hidden treasure chests scattered across the surface. Whether you can acquire these items safely often depends on unpredictable random events and a touch of luck.

Deep, Free-Form Progression & Customization

There are no traditional levels, offering total freedom in character growth. You can freely allocate stats, combine equipment with passive skills, and tailor your build to conquer terrifying foes.

Tense Battles Centered on the Battle Gauge

Battles are tense and built around a dynamic Battle Gauge, where both you and your enemies push and pull to deplete each other's gauge. Taking the offensive gives you the advantage, unlocking various powerful effects depending on how far you push the gauge in your favor. Limited auto-revives and a one-button battle fast-forward feature are also provided for convenience. Furthermore, defeat never results in a Game Over; failing in combat simply drops your supplies on the spot and returns you to base.
