Rox Solid Pro Football is a deep American football management sim. Take over as Owner, General Manager, Head Coach, a Coordinator, or an unemployed hopeful, and build a franchise your way, as hands-on or hands-off as you like.  Scout prospects and set your draft board. Set your training schedule, intensity, and develop your roster. Set your game plan, install the plays you think will give your team an edge, and call them live on game day.  Every player is simulated and graded on every snap; every decision, from a fourth-down call to a press-conference answer, can have positive or negative effects on player and staff morale, chemistry, and your own job security. Your career, your legacy, your rules.

Features

Choose your seat.  Owner, General Manager, Head Coach, an Offensive/Defensive/Special Teams Coordinator, a position coach working in the coaching tree, or an unemployed hopeful trying to break in somewhere.  Pick how much control you want, and how you get it.

Build a Career, not just a season.  Get hired, get fired, get hired again.  Owners have real expectations, and are prepared to clean house if their staff isn't meeting expectations.  Performance on and off the field matters.

Deep simulation.  Every player is simulated and graded on every snap, from your franchise QB to your long snapper. Read the entire play-by-play for every game, every season.

Call the game.  Play-call offense, defense, and special teams yourself, or hand any piece of it to your staff.  Set the plays you practice and implement on Game Day in your weekly Gameplan.

Own the draft.  Scout college prospects all year, and progress through the Combine, Pro Days, and Top-30 visits.  Work the phones on draft day with the ability to trade up, trade down, or field a live offer while you're on the clock.

Run the front office.  Free agency, the waiver wire, the practice squad, and trades with real value math.  A full pro-style contract system with extensions, restructures, incentives, franchise and transition tags, RFA tenders, 5th-year options, plus holdouts and the drama that comes with them.

Build your team, all year.  Set training intensity and individual drills to develop players toward their ceiling, balancing growth against exhaustion and injury.  In training camp, install your packages, set your preseason snap plan, and watch position battles play out for the bottom of your roster.

Answer for it.  Sit down with your owner for season check-ins, face the press after every game, and manage the message that you send.  Your answers move locker-room morale and your own job security.

Run the business.  Set ticket, parking, and concessions pricing.  Land sponsorship deals, invest in your stadium, training room, weight room, film room, and scouting department.  Relocate or rebrand your franchise if you're bold enough to weather the fallout of your disgruntled fan base.

A living league.  Full morale, injuries with game status designations, fatigue, and personality systems that shape contracts, performance, and development.  Weather affects ticket sales and on-field performance. Rivalries add spice to games.  Media runs storylines all year: coaching hot seats, breakout stars, draft busts, and comeback players.

The full record book.  Stats and standings for every team, every player, every league year, including preseason and postseason.  Plus league and franchise records and a Hall of Fame.
