About This Game

Kingsward TD is a fantasy tower-defense roguelite built around an ever-expanding battlefield.

Build your defenses, survive increasingly dangerous waves, and choose how your kingdom grows as new sections of the map are revealed. Each expansion changes the space you have to defend, opening new routes, new opportunities, and new problems to solve.

Your towers are more than static damage dealers. Upgrade them, change their targeting priorities, relocate key defenses when the battlefield shifts, and combine offensive towers with support structures to hold increasingly difficult positions.

Enemy waves are procedurally generated and can include themed encounters, Elite enemies, bosses, and enemies with mechanics that force you to adapt your defenses rather than rely on a single strategy.

Build Your Defense

Choose from a growing roster of towers, each filling a different role on the battlefield. Combine direct damage, area control, magic, slowing effects, and support to build a defense capable of handling whatever approaches.

Expand the Battlefield

The map grows throughout a run. New chunks of terrain create additional space, routes, and defensive positions, forcing you to reconsider where your defenses belong as the battle develops.

Adapt to Changing Waves

Waves are not built around one fixed sequence. Procedural generation, themed waves, Elite enemies, bosses, and different enemy mechanics create changing threats throughout a run.

Upgrade and Reposition

Improve your towers as the pressure increases, adjust targeting behavior, and relocate important defenses when your original layout no longer fits the battlefield.

Defend the Kingdom

Kingsward TD is designed around readable, zoomed-out tower-defense combat with a stylized fantasy world, clear enemy silhouettes, and enough room for both careful planning and increasingly chaotic battles.
