About This Demo

The full forge, first sparks free.

Campaign Forge is an Infinite Story RPG — build a world, a hero, and a

party woven into it by name, then steer a chapter-by-chapter campaign an AI

co-author builds around your choices. This demo is the real thing, in three

acts:

⚔ Act I — The Ember Road

A hand-crafted opening chapter, playable the moment the demo loads. Pick your

class, land at Brackwater with wet boots and no plans, and find out why the

beacon went dark. No AI warm-up, no setup — pure play.

🔥 Act II — Forge your own world

The generator itself, running entirely on your PC with the bundled

local AI. No account. No API key. No cloud. Answer a few questions, watch a

world with your characters woven into it come to life, and play its first two

chapters — exploration, tactical grid combat, visual novel and directed

scenes included.

💀 Act III — Forge a boss

Open The Adversary — the same boss designer we build the game with — design an

encounter, and fight it in the Boss Arena on our time-telegraph combat system.

Your progress carries over. The demo and the full game share their

save data: the world you forge, your saves, and your bosses continue

seamlessly when Campaign Forge enters Early Access on November 27.

Some gameplay content is AI-generated at runtime on your own machine — see

the AI disclosure. The demo installs the bundled language model (~3.4 GB).

Campaign Forge uses generative AI as its core feature. Worlds, characters, regions, and stories are generated live, on demand, and only at your direction, using the bundled local AI model that ships with the game — or, optionally, your own locally hosted model. No account, API key, or internet connection is required. Every generation request is governed by a built-in content policy that requires original fantasy content and prohibits illegal or infringing material.
