On the screen, the pixels forming the name “Xu Minghao” begin to stretch endlessly, twisting into a closed loop with no beginning and no end.

The owner of that loop reaches out and takes your hand.

As if bewitched, you willingly step onto its starting point, surrendering yourself to a sweet and beautiful dream from which you never want to wake.

Then, the cold rain brings you back to reality.

Standing beneath your umbrella, you selfishly—and almost shamefully—wish for the rain to fall even harder.

But the moment your eyes meet his, you finally understand the strange sense of unease that has lingered in your heart all this time.

When you first met, Xu Minghao had been holding his forehead as he pulled himself away from your arms.

He had looked at you with that very same expression—
