About This Demo

LingoRogue is a rougelike deck builder where your deck is made up of language flash-cards. Build a strong deck with crazy combos and utilize the foreign and native words in your deck. Wisely choose your opponents based on your current deck and score as high as you can. Every game will be different. Learn new words effortlessly as you have fun for hours on end.

How it plays

In LingoRogue you play a unique deck of language flash cards every game. The game consists of 16 rounds. Every round you invite an opponent in the tavern to play against, with increasing difficulty. Visit the shop to upgrade your deck, and seek cards that will go well with the words in your current deck of flash cards. Can you beat round 16?

Language quiz!

If you want you can play with a language quiz on every played card. This is a great way to learn new words while playing. Don't want to concentrate? Just turn it off and play for fun!

Collect supercards

Supercards have a wide range of effects from more score, more money, deletion of cards and repeated scoring. Collect the supercards you need for you unique deck of words each game you play.

Level up letters

Level up letters so they grant more points and mult. Look for super cards that amplify the same letters in that appear on your language cards. 

Activating your special cards starts satisfying animations! Some cards score based on letters in your word-cards.


Supported Languages

So far you can choose to learn any of the following languages: Norwegian, English, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French and German. More languages will be added by popular demand.
