Wargrown is a single-player, top-down tactical war game where you control the captain fighting alongside his squad. Assault enemy positions, take their structures, and build the base that your next advance depends on.

Fight beside your squad

Move, aim, and fire as the captain while directing your troopers. Use cover, choose where to hold, and judge when to push. Your place in the fight matters as much as the orders you give.

Make captured ground worth keeping

Turn a hard-won position into a base. Extract resources, build walls and towers, and leave defenders ready for the next attack. Enemy structures can become part of your supply line... and your own bases can fall into enemy hands.

Choose what your forces become

Reshape the captain with cybernetic augments and mutations from the cloning vat. Adapt individual troops with changes that bring advantages at the cost of their own humanity... and more.

Keep the front standing

Choose your next territory on the planetary map. Positions you have fought over continue producing, defending, and changing hands while you fight elsewhere.

The captain woke with orders to prepare the ground for a colony. Other humans were already there. They opened fire. Now the tanks are growing stranger bodies.

The war is growing, so too must you.
