About This Game

Game Introduction

Ikeno is a young doctor whose heart has grown cold and weary after seeing his dreams fall apart. He struggles to find his place within the facility known as “Paradise” and cannot understand the patients who retreat into worlds of their own imagination.

One day, he is assigned to care for Dorothy, a girl who treats The Wizard of Oz as her personal “Bible.”

Caught between her frail body and her identity as “Dorothy,” she struggles to reconcile fantasy with reality. Unable to simply stand by and watch, Ikeno begins pretending to be one of her “Three Companions.”

His actions bring a smile back to Dorothy’s face—but without realizing it, he also causes her delusions to spiral even further out of control...
